A4: We are planning to release green dot versions of Osight X. Currently, we are working to overcome some technical challenges. Once these are resolved, the green dot version will be launched as soon as possible.

A5: If your red dot optics (including its structure, built-in battery, LED, or lens) ever experiences any issues for the lifetime, we promise repair or replace it with the same value or higher value. We will warrant all Osight products that exhibit any defects in material and workmanship under normal use (even including the use for law enforcement), excluding loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage.

A6: It’s true that we received some feedback about compatibility and zero retention issues when we first launched our initial red dot sight. The main challenge was related to the screws, as users—particularly beginners—found it difficult to identify the correct screw for their firearm.
